​The Maker Space at Blanchardstown Library is a multi-use, creative and educational community space. It is a dynamic and innovative project developed and funded by Fingal libraries with funding from Creative Ireland. The space houses a range of facilities and tools including laptops, a 3-D printer and a vinyl cutter. This accessible, dynamic and inclusive space is at the heart of the Fingal County Council’s commitments under the Creative Ireland initiative. This nationwide initiative is committed to the vision that every person in Ireland should have the opportunity to realise their full creative potential.

Just to let you all know the Boys and Girls GAA teams are playing in Tyrrelstown GAA shield finals next Tuesday the 17th in Tyrrelstown park. The girls final is at 12.15pm vs Powerstown ETNS and the boys final at 1.15pm vs Tyrrelstown ETNS.  All are welcome to come out and support and cheer on these  school teams. Please note that St Lukes NS GAA teams are currently in a period of transition and development with lots of 4th and 5th class players, a bit like Mayo we have great players, great supporters and great management teams but on finals day anything can happen! ​

We were delighted to welcome Archbishop Dermot Farrell to our school today, Ms Bourke and Msgr Thynne are pictured with Archbishop Dermot Farrell beside the school plaque from the original school building in Mulhuddart Village.
